Demolishing your own home is achievable by a competent DIY person, but it has many complications.   • Securing relevant permits
  • Disconnecting utilities + identification of remaining utilities
  • Development of site-specific safety and work plans
  • Notification of adjoining properties
  • Secure site fencing

As soon as the tasks above have been fulfilled, mechanical demolition can begin. Depending on the severity of the situation, this could take up to three days.
