What we do

Demolition, clearing
and asbestos

One crew, one set of machines and one point of contact from the first walk-through to a clean, level block. Pick the job closest to yours and we will price it.

Site Clean-Ups 01 — Site Clean-Ups

Rubble, rubbish and contaminated soil

Site Clean-Ups

Sometimes the structure has already gone and what is left is a mess nobody wants to price. Builders’ rubble, dumped rubbish, storm debris, failed projects and contaminated fill all get loaded out and taken to the right facility.

  • Builders’ waste and construction debris removal
  • Illegal dumping and hoarder property clean outs
  • Storm and flood damage clearing
  • Contaminated soil excavation and disposal
  • Final trim and level so the site passes inspection
Land Clearing 02 — Land Clearing

Trees, stumps, scrub and debris

Land Clearing

Clearing runs in a set order, and getting that order wrong means paying to mobilise a second machine. We take the trees, grind or pull the stumps, strip the scrub and cart the lot away in one visit, on acreage or a standard suburban block.

  • Tree removal, stump grinding and root ball extraction
  • Scrub, lantana and overgrowth clearing
  • Fence, shed and old structure removal
  • Rough grading and levelling ready for build
  • Mulching on site or full removal off site
Asbestos Removal 03 — Asbestos Removal

Licensed removalist — Queensland

Asbestos Removal

Anything built before 1990 will likely carry bonded asbestos somewhere — eaves, fence sheets, shed roofing, wet area linings, vinyl backing. Because we hold the licence ourselves, removal sits inside the demolition program instead of adding a week to it.

  • Sampling and identification before work begins
  • Bonded asbestos sheeting, fencing and roofing removed
  • Sealed transport and disposal at licensed facilities
  • Air monitoring and clearance certificates where required
  • Disposal documentation handed to you at completion
Industrial Demolition 04 — Industrial Demolition

Steel, plant, silos and concrete structures

Industrial Demolition

Heavier structures need the right attachment rather than more force. High reach excavators, shears, pulverisers and hydraulic hammers bring steel frames, tanks, silos and reinforced concrete down in a controlled sequence, section by section.

  • Factory, workshop and warehouse demolition
  • Steel frame dismantling and scrap recovery
  • Concrete structure breaking with dust suppression
  • Plant, tank and silo removal
  • Engineered demolition sequence and safe work method statements
Commercial Demolition 05 — Commercial Demolition

Shops, offices, warehouses and fitouts

Commercial Demolition

Commercial work lives or dies on the handover date. We plan around trading neighbours, shared car parks, live services and after-hours access so the site comes back to you on the day the lease or the program says it should.

  • Full building demolition and structural removal
  • Internal strip outs and soft demolition for fitouts
  • Make-good works at end of lease
  • Staged and after-hours programs to protect trading tenants
  • Traffic control, hoarding and site fencing arranged
Residential Demolition 06 — Residential Demolition

Houses, Queenslanders, sheds and pools

Residential Demolition

Knocking down a house to build a new one is the job we do most. Timber Queenslanders, brick and tile homes, granny flats, garages, carports, decks, fibro sheds and in-ground pools all come down and go out on our own tippers.

  • Full house demolition, including slab and footings
  • Pool removal, backfill and compaction
  • Shed, garage, carport and deck removal
  • Partial demolition for renovations and raise-and-build projects
  • Block left level and ready for the builder to peg out

How we price

What our quote includes

A demolition price that looks too good usually leaves four things out. Ours puts all of them on the page before you sign anything.

Asbestos testing and removal

Sampling, licensed removal and disposal appear as their own line. If the block turns out clean, that line comes off the price.

Service disconnections

Power, water, gas, sewer and telecommunications each carry a fee from the relevant authority. We list them rather than surprising you later.

Tipping and disposal fees

Landfill levies move with weight and material type. We estimate them off the actual structure, not off a per-square-metre guess.

Slab, footings and stumps

Leaving the slab in the ground is cheaper on the day and expensive when your builder finds it. We price its removal from the start.
